What is Citizen Charter or Citizen Charter?

A Citizen Charter is a document or declaration made through the participation of the public on the initiative of a service provider with the aim of improving the quality of service, in which the service provider will provide what type of service, how much, and in what period. It records the details of what services will be provided, how much it will cost, and where and what process people can file complaints for redress if they don't receive proper services.
